Ordering

Do you offer discounts or bulk pricing?

We are a small business and we offer products at the lowest possible price so it doesn't leave much room for wholesale or discounted pricing.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed and paid for, a packing slip is auto-generated and the workflow for shipping is kicked-off. Unfortunately at this stage, we are unable to cancel an order. We would be happy to issue a return as soon as you receive it. Just email us.

The item I want is out of stock. How will I know when its available again?

Email us at support@loadedsensory.com and we'll make sure you are updated once the product is back in stock.

My purchase is a gift. How can I notate that on my order?

In the comments box at checkout, let us know your order is a gift and we'll make sure to mask pricing details and other related details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Our product pages will indicate if a product comes with a warranty and the length of such warranty.
If no warranty is stated, then the product does not come with a warranty.

All implied or statutory warranties, including but not limited to any implied
warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are specifically excluded.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights. Please follow the return procedures for any warranty returns.

Shipping & Returns

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We will do our best to process and ship your order within 2 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. You can view more shipping information here.

Do you ship overseas?

No, at this time we only ship within the U.S.A. Please see our shipping information page here..

How long does it take to get a refund?

Per our Return and Refund Policy, we will refund you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

What carrier services do you use to ship products?

We use all major and local carriers, such as UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL.

What items qualify for free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping for qualifying items in your cart sub-totaling $99 or more (excluding orders outside the continental USA). Qualifying items will be represented with a gift box symbol. For more information on our shipping policy, please see our policy here.

Payment Information

Do you accept money orders, cashiers or personal checks?

No. At this time LoadedSensory.com does not accept these forms of payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

LoadedSensory.com currently accepts all major credit and debit cards, Applepay, Shoppay, GooglePay and Paypal.

Do you accept international credit cards?

LoadSensory.com can accept international credit cards but we can only ship to an address within the United States and its territories. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
