By simply tracing your finger across "inhale" while breathing in for 4 secs starts the guided flow. Move your finger down on "hold" while holding your breath for 4 secs. Slowly breathe out while moving your finger across "exhale" for 4 secs. "Hold" your breath moving your finger up for 4 secs. repeat these steps again as needed.
This sticker-like design come in packs of five (5), and are super gentle on skin.
